Shipping & Processing
✨Processing takes 1-7 business days on all orders
✨Shipping takes 2-3 business days on domestic orders, 3-10 business days on international orders, please be patient with your local postal service.
✨We are not responsible for any lost packages. if your package was lost in route to you, you need to contact your local usps.
✨ If your package is damaged by usps please contact us and your local usps to discuss the insurance on your package.
✨ If your package is returned due to incorrect address, you are responsible for paying for shipping again.
✨ For delicate products prone to melting, like our body butters and creams, we take the extra measures of including insulated wrap and ice packs to prevent melting.
✨ Why does my tracking info say "usps awaiting shipment"? this means your order is still in pre-shipment, please allow up to 5 business days for tracking info to update (this will still be within the 1-14 business day processing period)
✨ Please note that we are not responsible for any duties/taxes/ or import charges regarding shipments and you may be required to pay this depending on your countries requirements (international orders)
